Book the Community Room or Patio for meetings and events. Available per hour or a full day.

Notes: 

To inquire about booking after hours or to use the space for filming, paid events, or other
income-generating projects, please contact us for rental rates.

Outside food and drink is not allowed unless previously coordinated with Management.

Booking Instructions

  1. Space Selection – Click on the dropdown to select the Community Room or Patio.
     
  2. Rate – Click the dropdown to select an hourly or day rate for the space.
     
  3. Date & Time – According to your selection on the previous screen, day and time options will appear on the calendar. Select the month, year, and duration of your booking using the dropdowns. From the calendar, select a date, and the times available will appear. If you do not see your start time, it means the hour block matching your requested duration has already been booked or the meeting falls outside of store hours. If your start time is listed, your meeting can be booked.
     
  4. Your Information – Fill out your contact details.
     
  5. Payment – Click continue, and complete the checkout process.

Spaces Available

Community Room:

Book the Community Room for meetings, presentations, study halls, and more! 

Amenities:

  • Closed, private room
  • Boardroom table with six chairs
  • 50” flat screen TV with HDMI cable
  • Whiteboard (may need to provide your own markers)
  • Additional couch seating

Rate: $30/hour* or $250 for a full day (9 hours)

*First hour is $35, which includes a $5 convenience fee.

Please note that the Community Room is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs.

Outdoor Patio:

Book our Outdoor Patio for social events, corporate trainings, workshops, graduations, and even weddings!

Amenities:

  • Seating for up to 75 people, including tables
  • P/A system and outlets
  • Shading
  • Lighting for evening events

Please note that the Patio can be entered through wheelchair accessible pathways.

Rate: $75/hour of $650 for full day (9 hours)

*First hour is $80, which includes a $5 convenience fee.

Cancellations

Reservations can be canceled with a refund up to seven days before your reservation date. With less than seven days notice, all bookings are final and nonrefundable. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your reservation time and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be issued within five business days of request receipt.
